Kitteh Has Goalz (and Smarticles)

  1. Fasting daily for 16 hours.
  2. During eating window (from approximately noon to 8pm) eat so as to remain in ketosis (and in accordance with food allergies). For me, this includes no whey, casein, or grains –my body can’t tolerate them.
  3. Take supplements three times a day. On time, and all of them.
  4. Drink at least 64 oz water or decaf green tea per day. This means from my water bottle/giant tea mug. More is fine. I’m really shooting for 100 oz, but this is the minimum.
  5. No alcohol.
  6. No sugar or artificial sweetners.
  7. Increase walking to 10K steps or more per day. This is measured by my Fitbit. For the first week, I am aiming for 5K. For the second, 6K. For the third, 7K. For the fourth week, 8K. For the fifth week, 9K, and by the sixth week, I will be at the 10K per day goal.
  8. Morning pages, every day.
  9. T-Tapp workout on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
  10. Elliptical half an hour per day on Tuesday and Wednesday and at least one weekdn day. (Which means I need to get this set up at home.) 
  11. Start to bed by 10:30 every week night. “Start to bed” means STOP playing games, etc. and start washing face, brushing teeth, etc. At least once a week, head to bed at 10 pm.
