That was my impression of Count von Count. Could you tell?
Here was mah plan:
- 100% plan perfection with Noms. DONE!
- 100% plan perfection with Lean & Green. DONE!
- Avoid sodium like the plague. DONE! (Even salted the kid’s veggies after taking mine off of the plate)
- Avoid alcohol like the plague. DONE!
- Vitamins. DONE!
- Chug the water (been terrible about this since break). DONE (till floating)
- Start kettle bell work outs with DH.** postponed, due to DH work crisis, but we did plan out when/where and how.
Now, for ANOTHER perfect day.
PS: The four mystery pounds were gone this morning. Thank goodness!
