Here was mah plan:

  1. 100% plan perfection with Noms.  DONE!
  2. 100% plan perfection with Lean & Green. DONE!
  3. Avoid sodium like the plague. DONE! (Even salted the kid’s veggies after taking mine off of the plate)
  4. Avoid alcohol like the plague. DONE!
  5. Vitamins. DONE!
  6. Chug the water (been terrible about this since break). DONE (till floating)
  7. Start kettle bell work outs with DH.** postponed, due to DH work crisis, but we did plan out when/where and how.

Now, for ANOTHER perfect day.

PS: The four mystery pounds were gone this morning. Thank goodness!
