…for the last 3 days. Which is fine – that’s 2.2 above where I was when I left on the business trip that proceeded Disney, and so that means up by 2 overall for 1.5 weeks of vacation, after one week of being back on track.
In other news, my skin is all “mushy” – the feeling that typically comes when the weight is coming off – so I am hoping for a whoosh in the next day or so – preferably one that takes me below 275.
This weekend, I tried on a bunch of coats. Recent ones are all way too big. Two older ones fit. Two older than that are still too small.
Sorry, this is a very blah post – just wanted to do the status and record the mushy feeling so I can see if it does track with a whoosh. My Baby No. 1 is sick, and I ain’t feeling great myself, and I am trying to cram a day of work into 1/2 hour or so.
Oh! One other thing I need to record: October is going to be my 31 days of perfection: no extra carbs/cals at dinner, no zero carb alcohol on weekends – nada. Hoping that will kickstart some scale movement for quarter three!
