Yesterday I had 1025 calories. I also downloaded “My Fitness Pal” for iPhone because some friends of mine love it for Droid. Must say, very cool that when you put in the numbers it tells you what you are on track to lose if you have that same day again for five weeks. 🙂 It also gives you target calories based on how much you want to lose per week, with max being 2 lbs per week. According to MFP I can eat 1450 calories per day and lose 2 lbs per week. My friends, that is redikkalous. But I am testing it, we’ll see.
