Weigh in: didn’t do one, forgot in all the joys of dealing with yet another horrible period. WORST part about having had kids.
Food: three packets, then didn’t get in my last two because running arounding filing brief and getting Boy to doctor; starving at dinner – Zaxby’s zalad (whomping 650 cal!) and stole some fries. After dinner I munched on some pita chips and hummus, some crackers and pimento cheese, and had some wine and was pretty sure I was done for, but when I entered all the stuff online today (figuring might as well know the horrible truth) I had…
Which is too many but still left me with over 500 cal deficit for the day. And since it was super horrible period day, I don’t feel too bad.
