Well, I tried to copy over all my foods but no luck. Not going to reenter, too tedious. Here’s the report.
Weight: 301.5 (but that’s kinda fake – up artificially from travel all weekend, water weight)
Exercise: Nothing formal, just moved more- made two extra trips back and forth to the mail and danced to all of the Glee songs 🙂
Food: 5 packets and dinner was a salad, chicken breast, 1/4 cup of edamame, dressing and 1.5 slices of Little Caesar’s pizza. (turns out that particular pizza has only 250 calories per slice, cheaper than I thought!)
Total calories: 1241 – just above the 1200 that I would like to be my max.
